Want more of the story?[ Check out our background here|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5dpBRp0-_w].&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the team and position</strong></p> <p>As an Operations Assistant, you will perform various inventory and operations-related tasks at our Inspection Center.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verification, orientation, and first day email.</li> <li>Facilitate new hire orientation &amp; maintain site rosters and schedules&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events via email, business updates, and announcements.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners</li> <li>Assist onsite vendors with directions/access while on site.</li> <li>Manage, coordinate and provide oversight for employee engagement events.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you should know</strong></p> <p>You will be required to perform your job duties during various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.&nbsp; You'll need to be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know-how to get the job done.&nbsp; We expect bright people, willing to roll up their sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once.&nbsp; In return for your hard work, you'll have an opportunity to work at one of the fastest growing and creative technology companies around, as well as help us promote a life-changing product and develop a world-class team every day.&nbsp; In
