General Purpose of Job
Assist the OCS/ICPC Supervisor with the processing of out-going and in-coming out of county service requests and Interstate Compact requests. Support the OCS/ICPC Unit case managers by completing administrative functions related to home studies and maintaining systems for tracking and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create participants and new cases in FSFN for in-coming Interstate Compact Cases
- Prepare out going OCS and ICPC packets and upload into appropriate system (FSFN/NEICE)
- Participate in the quality improvement process
- Assist case managers with home study process background screenings
- Adherence of all data collection into automated systems including FSFN/NEICE
- Maintain computer tracking systems, including Excel databases as they pertain to the OCS/ICPC unit incoming and out-going request.
- General administrative duties include filing, scanning, copying, and mailing.
- Other duties may be assigned as special projects may be requested
Working Hours
CNSWFL’s work week is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Your supervisor will advise you of your work hours; however, business office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Travel
Travel in and outside of Circuit 20 (Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Hendry/Glades counties) is required.
Training
All employees must complete fifteen (15) hours of on-line or classroom Training on an annual basis. If the employee is a Certified Child Welfare Professional, Training hours must total twenty (20) annually.
