Licensed Massage Therapist

Reports to: General Manager

Essential Functions

1. Adheres to state of Arkansas professional practice act and rules and regulations for massage therapy in Arkansas as governed by the Arkansas State Board of Health/Arkansas Department of Health.
2. Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation. Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques, that meet the clients' needs based off consultation.
3. Performs duties in a professional manner demonstrating dependability, flexibility and teamwork.
4. Maintains confidentiality of client and employee information.
5. Begins and ends all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book and guest scheduling.
6. Provides quality to ensure high quality, comprehensive care.
7. Interacts with clients/members/guests/staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
8. Understand and use universal precautions and sanitary procedures.
9. Knowledge of club processes and programs.
10. Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Maintains a current/valid AR Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license
2. 1-3 years of work experience
3. Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
4. Patience, tact and good communication skills.
5. Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service.
6. Solid work ethic
