The NF Integrated Digital Services team is seeking a detail-oriented Software Engineer with advanced Java, SQL and AWS infrastructure skills to support eB2B systems. eB2B enables critical business processes for the Annuities, Life Insurance, and Retirement Solutions lines of business, ensuring Firms and Advisors can issue new business and service their customers efficiently.

As a Software Engineer on the eB2B team, you will play a critical role in supporting the eB2B Run Team by managing infrastructure tasks, incident resolution, and file transfer operations. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery processes. Additionally, you will maintain DTCC and non-DTCC feed transmissions, working closely with team members and business partners to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across platforms.

As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in software development and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP) and data feed systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with Python is nice to have

This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Mondays & Tuesdays.
