What You Will Do:
Guidehouse supports multiple front offices with Program Management support and Business Process Improvement. In these roles, our team's work directly with senior leaders in the federal government to understand their greatest challenges and then collaborate to propose new and innovative solutions. Further, we help our clients implement and track progress of those solutions to monitor for intended outcomes. All of these activities are performed with strategic alignment at the forefront, and we engage with stakeholders across organization to support change management.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • FIVE (5)+ years' of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, or DoD customers

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience Supporting the US Intelligence Community

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Attention to details, especially related to project plans
