As Ohio’s premiere craft beer distributor, we are seeking an aggressive, passionate, self-starting individual, who has what it takes to join our team as a part-time Warehouse Associate for our Lakeland, FL Warehouse.

Part-Time: Schedule is flexible based on your availability, but must be able to work approximately 4-5 hours per shift between 7 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday. If you are an extremely hardworking, high-energy individual, then we invite you to explore.

The successful candidate will assist with daily operations of the warehouse, general upkeep of the facility (recycling, sweeping, etc.), and assist the Warehouse Manager as needed.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Clean and repackage products to be put back in inventory for sale.
• Maintains warehouse in a clean, orderly manner by handling multiple housekeeping duties daily.
• Be professional and customer-friendly.
• Ability to multitask in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
• Consistently make good decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse  and/or housekeeping experience is a plus
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to lift cases of beer and wine
• Open and available to complete Forklift and manual/powered pallet jack/lift training
