Job Description

Implementation, follow-up and application of guidelines defined by central organizations
- Mapping of areas to be checked based on the risk assessment, as well as the annual review of the ICS design(annual control schedule).
- Determination of relevant and non-relevant control areas,
- Determination of control frequencies.
- Coordination and approval of timetable with C/ICS and local factory management
- Carrying out inspections according to the ICS design for the given year in accordance with the plannedfrequencies in cooperation with the inspected areas
- Identification and coordination of deviations that arose during the inspection with those in charge of theinspected areas
- Follow-up of defined improvement and/or process development measures in case of deviations, preparation ofsummary reports to those responsible on the current status of the measures, escalation to factory management ifnecessary
- Quarterly reporting of audit results to factory management and headquarters
- Regular weekly contact with C/ICS and AS/RMO central functions, effective participation in various developmentissues
- Local support of ad-hoc inspections performed by C/ICS and AS/RMO
- Support/assistance in the internal audit tasks of other locations if required
- Upcoming C/AU audit support, effective participation
- Support of external audits (E&Y).
- Preparation, coordination and implementation of the transition to the new central directive of internal control(RB/GF 109 ICS): MrP level support of the "ICS Desing Adjustments in 2020" project
- Informing local management about the introduction of control under the new directive by C/ICS and its schedule
- Active participation in trainings organized by C/ICS and AS/ILC
- Harmonization of the Comfort system with the new control system
- Reorganization of control tasks within the framework of internal control

Qualifications

English on B2 level, German knowledge on at least B1 level is of advantage.
A personality who pays attention to details and is very careful and accurate, especially about small details.
