As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas TX or Birmingham AL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.


Basic to Advanced Skillset Preferred in:

Systems Monitoring and troubleshooting
Infrastructure troubleshooting experience
Java


INFRASTRUCTURE & HOSTING:
o Knowledge of Linux and Windows hosted Services
o MySQL & Oracle databases:
o Basic knowledge of SQL and PSQL preferred for querying tables, understanding table relationships, data types, and usage of stored procedures.
o Basic knowledge of SQL always-on architecture & listeners
o Knowledge preferred of containerized platform (Redhat OpenShift preferred)
Additional Skillsets / Soft Skills
o Experience with troubleshooting and root Cause analysis
o Documentation
o Communication
o Password Management
o NAS/SAN knowledge
o Active Directory
o Kanban Practices
MONITORING TOOLS:
o Logscale / Humio
o DynaTrace
o Log file setup, alerting, reporting

Basic knowledge recommended:
o Networking - Understanding of DNS protocols; F5 load balancing; traffic routing
o Basic knowledge of active directory & oracle unified directory a plus
o Certificates - F5, IIS, SSRS, various platforms
o Coding Fundamentals - C#, Angular
o Web Services & API's
o Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
o Knowledge of supporting various infrastructure components is recommended. Also installing services, software, and other components will be a proficiency with tech currency.
o Adaptability is a plus. A RTB dev could be focusing on something today and immediately shifting focus to a production support item. Varies from time to time. But priorities can shift urgently. Proficiency in various technology stacks in a plus; but mastery of an individual concentration isn't required. Soft skills of task management, communication, and prioritization is a necessity.
