Unimacts is actively seeking a diligent Office Manager/Receptionist for our Conroe, Texas operations. We champion our workforce as “industrial business athletes,” versatile and adaptive to various responsibilities. This individual will play a central, “hands-on” role in the unfolding story of our Las Vegas plant, spearheading administrative and clerical undertakings to bolster the operations at the new manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Office Coordination: Directing office activities and strategies to guarantee efficiency and adherence to company regulations.
- Executive Assistance: Organizing and overseeing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.
- Communication Center: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondences including e-mails and postal packages.
- Supply Oversight: Keeping a track of office supplies and facilitating orders when necessary.
- Reporting Duty: Concocting timely reports while also preparing presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Team Support: Standing as a reliable aid for colleagues and HR projects, ready to step in whenever necessary.
- Client Relations: Undertaking customer communications effectively and with professionalism.
- Correspondence Management: Efficiently managing both incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Digital Archiving: Spearheading the digital archiving of regulatory forms and establishing a comprehensive digital document database.
- Organizational Duties: Taking charge of calendaring, overseeing project management applications, and coordinating meetings.
- Project Handling: Carrying out projects centered around organizational management to a successful completion.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma is a must; a BS/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: A rich experience spanning 3-5 years in office management. Previous experience in a manufacturing setup will be viewed favorably.
- Relevant Experience: A proven track record as an office manager or receptionist.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding abilities in communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Organizational Mastery: Exemplary organizational and leadership skills, married with a deep understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Tech Savvy: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in office management software.
- Performance Consistency: Demonstrated capacity to accomplish designated tasks while adhering to performance standards.
- Problem-solving Aptitude: An eye for detail and a readiness to work in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset, thriving in team settings and showcasing a strong attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.
- Software Proficiency: Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
