Description
Job Summary:
Working directly to help support every department within the organization in an administrative function, the Front Office Administrator also represents the first point of contact for all visitors to Royal United.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and engages all visitors to Royal United in a positive manner.
- Print and prepare loan documents for mailing.
- Generates labels and prepares packages for shipping.
- Maintains electronic files and uploads into appropriate drives.
- Assist in recruiting by gathering interview information from applicants.
- Assist with new hire orientation by gathering necessary paperwork.
- Facilitate the assignment, distribution and tracking of all security badges.
- Order and maintain office and break room supplies for all office locations
- Initiate and track cost savings with third party partners/vendors
- Assist with events and projects that promote company culture
- Assist Finance Department in generation, preparation, and distribution of compliant correspondence.
- Assist Finance Department in reconcilement of office management related accounts.
- Maintain and distribute file cabinet keys – main office.
- Serve as liaison with building management – main office.
- Assist Engagement Team with staff recognition.
- Sort and distribute mail and shipments.
- Assists in Special Projects as assigned.
- Protects company office equipment as well as all customer non-public personal information (NPPI) inside the office and when working in a remote setting.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Higher level of completed education.
- Must possess the proven ability to achieve consistently high quality results.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other current technology platforms.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and utilizing office equipment and computers
- Periodic lifting of no more than 5 pounds to ensure paper supply in office equipment is replenished
- Frequent disruptions to concentration due to an open work space concept
