What we're looking for:
Manager will drive the business of how customers shop the rapidly growing online Flooring category in this exciting role on Mohawk Flooring North America’s Digital & eCommerce team. This role will help to define the best-in-class category experience, and accelerating eCommerce growth for owned B2C, B2B, and dealer sites. This role is also responsible for optimizing capabilities and driving engagement and conversion with a focus on demand generation. The individual will be required to lead a large cross-functional teams while managing a small digital team, heavily cross-collaborating with IS and marketing/brand across all business units, creative, and external agency partners to drive growth.
What you'll do:

Business Owner & Key Initiatives Lead of prominent Brand.com Platforms – Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute initiatives to support business goals, ultimately driving the performance of master brand sites such as: pergoflooring.com, mohawkflooring.com, and karastan.com, as well as Dealer sites via the Omnify program. Ideate, plan, and act as lead for critical traffic- and conversion-driving initiatives.

Product Launch & Marketing Activation – Lead delivery of perfect launches on brand.com via partnership with cross-functional partners. Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize product launches and campaigns to ensure on-time, excellent representation of product innovation.

Online Category Experience Excellence – Define and deliver the optimal online flooring shopping experience for owned and dealer partner sites. Leverage internal learnings to share and apply best practices to grow the total category while establishing MHK as thought leaders in the space. Deliver recommendations grounded in data, building best-in-class CX for assigned brand.com sites by driving improvement initiatives.

Collaborative Approach to Content – Manage and prioritize content calendar for assigned brand.com properties with cross-functional partnership and oversee site updates. With Content team, advise on best-in-class-content based on known conversion drivers to drive a consistent category shopping experience. Develop test and learns to create the most educational, compelling, and converting enhanced content.

Analytics Proficiency – This role will partner with Analytics to help lead all things data, making recommendations based on insights. Drive online category success through regular analysis of Adobe Analytics. Understand metrics & impact of actions on performance, such as engagement and conversion metrics, content updates, new product introductions. Make recommendations on how to improve UX via learnings, working across the organization to gain alignment, test, and learn.

Other Capabilities – This role may lead other key projects or areas of focus such as Email Strategy, SEO, Paid Media, etc. depending on candidate experience and business needs.
What you have:

6--8+ years of experience driving and delivering success in online or omnichannel environment

FMCG/CPG eCommerce experience or Agency experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA a plus

Strong analytical background

Ability to function well in an ambiguous environment

Adapts well to evolving priorities

Preferred experience with email marketing and SEO initiatives
