Your Responsibilities

 

As a Warehouse Coordinator - Shipping for John Deere Parts Distribution Center - Atlanta located in McDonough, GA, you will complete scheduling and printing of daily picking activities which entails trip printing, bursting, and prioritization. In addition, you will:

 

• Complete daily billing/invoicing transactions, and prepare packets for drivers/carriers (manifests, customs documents).
• Assist with managing inventory accuracy by helping with part investigation and by entering back-order data.
• Manage customer order expediting/billing issues, completing charge only invoicing requests and customer service inquiries.

What Skills You Need

 

• 3 or more years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work off shifts specifically 3pm to 11:30 pm daily, and earlier start times on occasion to cover shifts, and overtime along with holidays and Saturdays as needed to support the business.

• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Associate’s or Bachler’s Degree

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience
