Flight Mission Delivery Associate (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

The Flight Mission Delivery, Associate is an entry level position within the Flight Mission Delivery Team, which is responsible for arranging seamless Owner experiences through identification and mitigation of potential service challenges throughout the reservation lifecycle. We collaborate with other Flight Center Teams and external business partners to ensure the success of every mission. The Flight Mission Delivery Associate is responsible for support duties which include arranging airport reservations, hangar space, after-hours operations, and other duties as assigned.​

Tasks and Responsibilities

​​•    Serve as NetJets’ representative to coordinate Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services essential for the successful execution of all flights. 
•    Collaborate with NetJets’ Meteorologists and Schedulers to identify hazards and mitigation strategies, request hangar space, or reposition aircraft in response to severe weather threats. 
•    Responsible for arranging reservations, or special permission when required by the airport. 
•    Address vendor inquiries and concerns by answering calls and emails promptly.  
•    Other duties as assigned​.
