Jr Quality Lead, AMZL Central Operations

EUCO On-Road Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to support in ongoing and upcoming projects with the main focus on quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions. <br/><br/>The successful candidate will have the drive to motivate a team of individuals to meet quality targets and productivity expectations in line with the department goals and is prepared to take responsibility in processes analysis and improvement. Besides, as the ideal candidate, you should be able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, since it will require a proactive written and verbal communication with other departments.<br/><br/>In addition, a non-exhaustive list of tasks includes: <br/>- Measure quality while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team<br/>- Be an active player on daily escalations<br/>- Support different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects)<br/>- Identify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysis <br/>- Drive process improvements and develop team members’ ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others <br/>- Review and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviations<br/>- Ensure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform control and quality analysis on any processes that are impacting the quality performance<br/>- Collaborate with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives and system enhancements<br/><br/>We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:<br/><br/>Barcelona, ESP<h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><br/>- B2/C1 English level<br/>- Advanced knowledge of MS Office - specially Excel<br/>- Experience on managing teams<br/><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>- High school or equivalent diploma<br/><br/>Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
