What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage day‑to‑day execution of Data Linkage Services. This is a hybrid full‑time position located in Bethesda, MD.

• Manage daily project execution for data linkage activities  

• Coordinate statistical and technical teams performing linkage activities  

• Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables  

• Support documentation of linkage methodologies and quality metrics  

• Participate in Government meetings and support preparation of status reports  

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of Five (5) years of technical experience  

• Minimum of Two (2) years of experience on dataset projects

• Experience evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics  

• Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, including PII and PPRL  

• Current professional certification commensurate with the role (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, SANS GSNA)  

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working with CMS or other large federal datasets

• Experience supporting reproducible research workflows

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
