About the role

Job Summary:

The Personal Lines Product Associate Analyst works under direct supervision to understand the business and analytic needs of basic or low complexity in support of profitable growth objectives. The role plays a critical support role in analyzing data, conducting research, and uncovering insights to aid in product innovation and enhancement. This position provides an opportunity to gain foundational experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving while contributing to key business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the team in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Help compile, document, and present data findings in clear and actionable formats for internal use.
  • Participate in the creation of market trend and competition reports to support product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment in analytical objectives.
  • Develop basic data processing and reporting skills to contribute to the team’s initiatives.
  • Learn and apply analytical and research techniques and best practices under the mentorship of senior analysts.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement of processes.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Product Research, Insurance industry, Data Analytics or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, data science, data analytics, business, or a related field. 

 

Location:

  • Hybrid defined as three or more days per week in the office.
