You will be part of the new Retail & Business Innovation Area, collaborating in the management of the implementation of global, cross-functional projects that are part of the evolution of Cosentino's commercial business model. You will bring your passion for the world of retail, customer experience, and teamwork, especially in the CNA and LATAM areas. 

Location: Miami 

Hybrid Model: 1 week in the office/ 1 week of remote 

International travel 50% of the time.

What you will do

 

• Lead the adoption of Cosentino's new business model in different markets and cultures. 
• Provide support and collaborate with both business units (City) and corporate areas.
• Monitor different initiatives and projects from start to finish. 
• Continuously seek innovation and alternatives to address change and problem-solving. 
• Bring new local inputs to improve processes and customer experience.
 

What you need to succeed

 

Professional Experience

-4-5 years in roles related to the retail world, stores, project implementation, problem-solving, project implementation, and monitoring

 

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Experience in project monitoring 
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and motivate teams, cross-collaboration, tenacity in problem-solving, and creativity in finding solutions will be valued.
• English and Spanish. 

 

Academical Background 

•  Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration and Management or similar
