Position Objective

The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic leadership in the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of ERP-enabled global aftermarket sales and services solutions. This role partners with senior business and IT leaders to translate complex business strategies into scalable, value-driven solutions that improve customer outcomes, operational performance, and long-term enterprise value. Acting as a change leader, this position influences solution direction across design, testing, training, and implementation to ensure sustainable adoption and measurable impact.

Dimensions

Provides leadership across Information Technology Solutions (ITS), software development teams, and global aftermarket stakeholders to deliver standardized, enterprise-wide ERP capabilities.

Drives business readiness and adoption by guiding training strategies, knowledge transfer, and enablement for commercial, service execution, and customer support teams.

Engages with ERP and integrated solution vendors as a strategic partner to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and delivery outcomes.

Nature and Scope

Operates with limited oversight, exercising strong judgment and ownership under the guidance of an experienced business process specialist, solution/enterprise architect, or Information Technology Manager.

Leads the definition and governance of global standard work for aftermarket ERP processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, compliance, and service excellence.

Influences cross-functional decision-making by aligning requirements, testing, and change activities to enterprise objectives and operational needs.

Principal Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and implementation of ERP solutions supporting global aftermarket sales, service operations, and customer lifecycle management.

Partners with business and IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into functional requirements, user stories, and solution roadmaps.

Drives global as-is and to-be process analysis to identify transformation opportunities, improve efficiency, and enable standardization at scale.

Defines and oversees user acceptance testing strategies to ensure solutions deliver intended business value and operational outcomes.

Acts as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between aftermarket business leaders and ITS, influencing prioritization, scope, and solution design decisions.

Leads change enablement through the development of training materials, job aids, and adoption strategies.

Mentors and develops business analysts, fostering analytical rigor, stakeholder partnership, and leadership capability.

What You Need to Have

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or an equivalent discipline.

Technical Excellence

6–8 years of experience leading ERP business process initiatives, with strong exposure to aftermarket sales and services.

Broad working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain Management platforms; experience with Infor LN preferred.

Proven ability to lead and influence global, cross-functional onshore and offshore teams within complex enterprise environments.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Demonstrated expertise in applying business analysis best practices to complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and drive consensus.

Experience developing business cases and solution approaches that deliver measurable business and customer value.

Analytical Thinking & Process Improvement

Strategic problem-solver who defines complex business challenges, evaluates alternatives, and recommends solutions that advance enterprise objectives.

Passion for driving transformation through process optimization, technology enablement, and continuous improvement.

Summary Pay Range:

$120,660.00 - $180,900.00
