Position Purpose:
- What work will this position perform day-to-day?
- Review, audit, and catalog existing benefits communications across all channels (email, PDFs, presentations, intranet content, guides, and employee‑facing materials).
- Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and improve employee understanding of benefit offerings.
- Partner with the Benefits team to draft or enhance educational materials including FAQs, onboarding content, and broader employee education materials.
- Support development of clear, employee‑friendly messaging around health plans, cost‑sharing, enrollment timelines, and benefit changes.
- Participate in project meetings, gather stakeholder feedback, and assist with organizing content workflows.

Preferred experience:
- Coursework or experience in HR, Communications, Marketing or Business
Location: Can work in any of the 50 US States.
Remote(summer): 40/hrs. a week, 12 week program (May-August2026)
Pay Range :$18-26/hr.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
