The opportunity

Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Business Intelligence Intern for Summer 2025 to join our growing Business Intelligence team. The Business Intelligence intern assists in analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. They work closely with the BI team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help stakeholders understand key performance indicators and market trends.

Your impact

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying BI techniques to real-world scenarios, developing technical skills, and understanding the role of data analytics in decision-making for a modern custodian.

What you bring

• Experience - At least 1 previous Software Engineering, Data Science, Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar Internship
• Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Data Science, Analytics, or similar
• Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern technology. Experience with SQL is required, Python and/or R a bonus
