As a <strong>Senior Information Security Business Analyst</strong>, you will be a core contributor to Remote’s operational security by directly shaping the way business processes are conducted from a Security standpoint. It is a great opportunity to positively impact a data and process-heavy organization that facilitates the remote employment of thousands of people worldwide.</p> <h2><strong>What this job can offer you</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, Review, and Implement Identity Access Management processes and role-based access control matrices</li> <li>Develop workflows and documentation related to IAM</li> <li>Identify business processes, map them to security controls, and design security solutions for them</li> <li>Identify gaps and propose solutions around business operational security</li> <li>Support the Security team in compliance-related processes, such as achieving Security certifications, maintaining them and supervising security controls</li> <li>Support the Security team with day-to-day operations: security awareness, customer due diligence processes, and answering security-related questions</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Senior-level experience in an Information Security role</li> <li>Previous experience in Identity and Access Management, such as IAM administration, IAM monitoring and reporting, access control process design and implementation, IAM audit and / or access reviews, enforcement of IAM policies and procedures, other IAM projects and initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices / security concepts, and how they are applied to IAM</li> <li>Knowledge about information security concepts and best practices</li> <li>Experience in identifying information security risks and proposing controls</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Practicals</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>You'll report to:</strong> Director of Security</li> <li><strong>Team:</strong> Security</li> <li><strong>Location</strong>: Anywhere in the World</li> <li><strong>Start date</strong>: As soon as possible</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Remote Compensation Philosophy</strong></h2> <p>Remote's <a href="https://www.notion.so/people-Total-Rewards-1945bce8d3924ece9421ba8630f57b0c?pvs=21">Total Rewards philosophy</a> is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
