We’re looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our employee-owner team at two welcoming senior living communities:📍 Woodlands at Canterfield – West Dundee, IL📍 Sheridan at Tyler Creek – Elgin, IL

This is a fantastic opportunity to split your week between two well-managed locations and work alongside a dedicated team that’s focused on patient-centered care—and proud to be 100% employee-owned!

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time COTA, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to:

• Create meaningful treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on therapy that promotes independence and function

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program

• Valid or pending state license (we welcome new grads!)

• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care is a bonus—but not required
