Position Summary:
Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Level IV Business Systems Analyst to support Department of the Navy (DON) data remediation and ERP transition activities. The analyst will lead cross-functional workstreams supporting data cleansing efforts that directly impact the DON’s ability to achieve General Fund audit remediation milestones and successfully transition commands from legacy systems into Navy ERP.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Navy ERP & SAP Financial Management Support:
• Lead business systems analysis efforts focused on identifying and remediating financial data quality issues tied to DON’s General Fund audit weaknesses.
• Perform data impact assessments to prioritize cleansing activities based on materiality and alignment with DON audit timelines and remediation priorities.
• Develop and document business rules, process flows, and data control strategies to support consistent cleansing across financial domains.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to analyze source system data, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure alignment with audit standards and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and support pre-migration data cleansing efforts for US Fleet Forces Command, Pacific Fleet Command, and Reserve Forces Command to enable a successful transition into Navy ERP.
• Ensure traceability of financial transactions from source systems to ERP records and financial statements, validating internal controls and system documentation throughout.
• Develop and review deliverables including audit response memos, data dictionaries, cleansing plans, and control mapping documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between data analysts, ERP technical teams, financial SMEs, and government stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.
• Monitor progress toward data remediation goals and provide executive-level briefings and reporting to Division Heads and senior leadership within FM&C.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Education
• Four (4) year degree in appropriate technical field from an accredited institution.
Certification Requirement
• CISA or similar IT professional certification required.
Clearance Requirement
• Active Secret Clearance (required)
Experience
• Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading business systems modernization/sustainment and related projects. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requ
