Medical Assistant

We are a multi-specialty medical office seeking an experienced Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities include assisting providers with patient care, as well as performing clerical, organizational, and environmental tasks. Duties also include appointment scheduling, chart management, and providing patients with information to help them fully utilize and benefit from our clinic’s services. The ideal candidate will convey a positive image of the clinic, work well in a team, and be able to think and act independently on assigned tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)

• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred

• Minimum of 1–2 years of medical assistant experience, preferably in a multi-specialty or clinical setting

• Knowledge of medical terminology, basic anatomy, and clinical procedures

• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and standard office software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
