We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of Salesforce developers and admins. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical direction, development, and delivery of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and scales with our growth. You will foster a collaborative and innovative environment, mentor team members, and drive best practices in Salesforce development.

Things You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, and contract management to support end-to-end sales operations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders and revenue operations to translate complex business requirements for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Go-To-Market (GTM) into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the team and development processes, with a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing the root causes of issues to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Work with business leadership to establish a Salesforce roadmap that supports our strategy and initiatives.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
