Here’s what’s included in the total compensation package:

💼 $90,000 premium base salary + pay-for-performance bonus

🚚 $10,000 relocation + $10,000 sign-on bonus

📖 $1,500 CEU stipend

🏠 $1,800/month housing & spending stipend for 12 months ($21,600 total)
