ATO Production Officer

Overview

We are seeking highly an experienced ATO Production Officer to support the 505th CTS at Hurlburt Field FL in its mission to deliver joint theater environments and world class scenario generation and exercise control for operational C2 warfighter training.

Responsibilities

• The SME must know the details of doctrinal AOC ATO production cell processes to ensure the ATO production cell creates, modifies, and maintains accurate planning databases in current operational weapons system including, but not limited to, TBMCS.
• SME shall establish or use 505 CTS defined procedures to ensure the ATO production constructs complete, accurate, properly formatted, and timely mission tasking using current operational weapons system including, but not limited to, to TBMCS using standard ATO formats.
• Ensure the ATO production supports compilation and publication of relevant SPINS.
• SME shall establish and disseminate procedures for incorporating changes prior to publication and dissemination of the daily ATO.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive address list of approved ATO recipients and coordinate redundant procedures for ATO dissemination.

Qualifications

• 3 years as member of ATO Production, 1 year as Chief of ATO Production or Chief, Combat Plans. 
• Three years Knowledgeable and proficient in employment TTPs of air and space weapons systems typically utilized by a Joint Air Component C/C to include manned and unmanned kinetic and non-kinetic. Knowledgeable and proficient in database management and mission planning. 
• Three years  In-depth, current knowledge of TBMCS planning applications with emphasis on database management in TAP, EMR, MAAP Toolkit and follow on versions.
• Expert knowledge of mission planning in TAP/EMR and MAAP Toolkit  Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises at the NAF level or higher as Chief of ATO Production or ATO production.
• Expertise as an exercise designer / planner / director.
• AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience desired. 
• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro required
• Current DoD Security Clearance Required
