Check out the rest of our awards <a href="https://www.applovin.com/jobs/" target="_blank">HERE</a>.</p><h3>A Day in the Life: </h3> <p>AppLovin is looking for a passionate Workday Solutions Architect to join our growing People Operations team.  The Architect will be responsible for streamlining our Workday instance for scalability, building and maintaining complex studio integrations with third party systems in HR related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc), providing development and operational support for Workday-related projects and driving improvements in the processes and technologies that support our People team. </p> <p>We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and is a subject matter expert in different types of Workday system optimizations and studio integrations, Workday reporting and dashboards. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to effectively manage, support, and implement systems and solutions that meet AppLovin’s needs in the short and long term.  </p> <h3>The Impact You’ll Make:</h3> <ul> <li>Workday Roadmap: Conduct an assessment of AppLovin’s Workday configuration.  Analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and identify needs, growth areas, and pain points producing a gap analysis. Using those findings, design a process roadmap required to achieve the company’s global growth goals.</li> <li>Learn AppLovin’s business, systems, processes, and culture and spend time with key stakeholders and gain first-hand knowledge of functional improvement opportunities. </li> <li>Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain routine and complex integration solutions using Workday integration tools (BIRT, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, EIB, RaaS, Web Service Calls, and Workday Studio)</li> <li>Formulate and execute positive and negative unit test plans and assist in developing system regression and performance test plans for enhancements or new releases in the various test and production environments</li> <li>Develop, lead, and manage project plans based on scope and timeline </li> <li>Manage and resolve complex issues and risks that arise during the project lifecycle, escalating them as appropriate</li> <li>Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, and escalation management for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations as well as new integrations.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications by leading efforts on data uploads, custom reports, and process documentation, managing relationships with key internal functions (Payroll, Accounting, Finance, IT, etc) to deliver system enhancements and resolve system issues. </li> <li>Evaluate functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements (including developing and executing user acceptance testing scripts) and lead change management for any updates that are implemented</li> <li>Write, maintain and generate complex HR data reports and dashboards and discovery boards and establish reporting process documentation and work to improve delivery processes considering all available technologies</li> <li>Support cyclical HR programs such as open enrollment, performance management, promotions, and annual compensation planning</li> <li>Provide organizational consulting and recommendations to ensure scalability of processes to deliver on the company's objectives. </li> <li>Work with global teams across varying time zones across our APAC, EMEA and AMER locations</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members to grow internal knowledge of application management</li> </ul> <h3>Basic Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li> <li>At least 8 years of experience in Workday solution design and development, with exposure to various Workday modules, such as HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, Reporting, Talent &amp; Performance, and Advanced Compensation</li> <li>5+ years within Workday Integration Framework and integration related technologies (Core Connector, PECI,
