Job Description
We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to maintain, support, build, and grow all HR systems globally and serve as part of the global HRIS team and be the primary point of contact for specific client groups. You will serve as a business and systems analyst and lead and work on projects (new functionalities), enhancements, and production support.
What You’ll Do
- Ensuring the integrity of the HR systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Wish.
- Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use.
- Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping. Develop and articulate solution options to consider Wish’s technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices. Provides scoping of complexity and effort for each option.
- Act as liaison between HR customers and IT and/or 3rd party systems vendors.
- Regularly evaluate the current state of systems to identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and/or new applications to support business strategies and operations needs.
- In partnership with customers, distill and document end-user requirements.
- Support audit and compliance efforts where necessary.
- Create and maintain reports and queries to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance.
- Develop user guidelines and train employees on new processes and functionality.

Qualifications
- Experienced: Experience in Workday components such as Advanced Comp, Core HCM, Benefits, and Performance Management. Minimum 4 - 5+ years as a hands-on HRIS Analyst. Knowledge in Workday integrations desired but not mandated.
- Organized: Excellent project management skills, including project planning, timeline management, and status updates.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem solving skills; an expert at Workday reporting and analytics
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail; and have an end to end thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Team Player: Highly collaborative; able to work cross-functionally
- Proactive: Self starter who takes initiative; able to effectively prioritize, work with a sense of urgency and able to pivot quickly when priorities change. .
- Communication: Communicates effectively, provides regular project status updates

The estimated base salary range for this position varies by the candidate's location as follows:
- Candidates located in California: $138,000 - $186,500 annually
- Candidates located in New York and Washington: $155,500 - $186,500 annually
- Candidates located in Colorado: $120,000 - $144,000 annually
- For states not listed, the estimated base salary range for this position starts around $120,000 annually
Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
