Eastbrooke Family Clinic Belmont (Part of Bupa) is a long-standing and well-established medical centre, the clinic provides the local community with comprehensive health services. The clinic services the local community, meaning patients don’t have to be a Bupa health insurance member or aged care resident to visit our GPs and allied health professionals.

The Opportunity: 

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Belmont Family Clinic available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent full-time or casual work:  

• Available to work after hours (until 9.30pm), weekends and Monday availability required
• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You’ll be: 

Our Receptionists come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you’ll need: 

• Available to work after hours (until 9.30pm), weekends and Monday availability required
• Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
