Job Description Summary:

As a Sr. UX Designer 1, for the Venmo growth team, you will be part of a small design team focused on growth and reimagining core end-to-end experiences for Venmo consumers globally. You will create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences through a deep understanding of our customers and exceptional design execution. You will collaborate with product and technology teams to build the next generation of financial service products by bringing the customer to the forefront in everything we do.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in 0-1 spaces, along with a track record of proven growth tactics and experiments. You will be playing a key role in mentoring junior designers and driving strategically important initiatives. You will be expected to consistently drive changes and deliver value not just to projects but at an organizational level.
