About the role
FLOWERBX is seeking a talented and innovative professional with experience in project and client management to become a member of our B2B team. In this position, you will act as the main contact for a select group of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize excellent relationship-building abilities to collaborate closely with clients, gaining insights into their preferences and requirements to consistently surpass their expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues, ensuring efficient resolution, and escalating matters when required.
- Manage the logistics, inventory, and procurement of flowers and materials, ensuring compliance with quality, sustainability, and brand standards.
- Assist in executing B2B contracts and events at both client sites and FLOWERBX studios.
- Keep accurate client information within the B2B scheduling system.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Aid the B2B Team in preparing proposals, presentations, site visits, and promotional activities to enhance business prospects.
- Perform administrative duties, including client invoicing and budget reconciliation.
- Assist the B2B and Operations teams with various additional tasks as required.
Requirements
This role is a full-time role, with a combination of remote working and the requirement to visit FLOWERBX and client locations, as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Preferably, 3-4 years of professional experience in a corporate setting with a focus on project and client management and/or luxury events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, ambitious attitude paired with an enthusiastic demeanor.
- Capacity to take initiative and effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
- A problem-solver with adaptability to change and the ability to execute tasks promptly.
- A strong sense of urgency coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- A keen desire to learn and expand knowledge in flowers and plants.
- A strong ambition to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and cultivating relationships both internally and externally.
