Benefits: A part-time CRNA position will be compensated based on the percentage of time worked, calculated by multiplying the desired workload percentage by the full-time rates listed below. 

• Competitive salary:  
  • Greater than five years' experience, $291,200.00  
  • Two to five years' experience, $260,000.00  
  • Zero to two years' experience, $235,040.00

• Choice of W2 or independent contractor status 
• 7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME 
• Full-time CRNA stipends 
• $10,000 relocation bonus with receipt reimbursement 
• $20,000 sign-on bonus 

Responsibilities: 

• Practice independently within a supportive team environment 
• Oversee 26 ORs + 2 OBs in a Level 2 Trauma Center 
• Work on a diverse case mix: general, orthopedic, urological, gynecological, neurological, robotics, plastics, and gastrointestinal procedures 
• Standard day shifts from 7 am - 5 pm, with flexible shift options:  10s, 12s, 14s, or 24s 

Requirements: 

• Active state license, DEA, and State CDS 
• Board certification 
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
