We are seeking an Okta subject matter expert to join our access management team. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership in all aspects of Okta including administration, application integrations, Tier 3 support tickets, and designing and implement enhancements with new Okta features and automation. The ideal candidate has experience implementing Okta in federal environments. You can advise clients, both technical and non-technical, on access management best practices and design solutions to meet federal zero trust requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the technical lead on end-to-end administration of our client’s Okta tenant Lead and mentor junior engineers providing feedback, assistance, and fostering a collaborative environment Be the main Okta point of contact providing guidance, and zero trust best practices to application teams and other stakeholders Conduct application SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integration with Okta including supporting requirements gathering, testing, and go-lives Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve authentication, authorization, and connectivity issues including with end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Okta experience
  • 5+ year on hands on IT experience
  • Deep familiarity with web application architectures
  • Experience designing and architecting ICAM solution to meet zero trust access management best practices
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and experience interacting with REST APIs for Okta configuration management, automation, and data manipulation.
  • Interim or Active Secret clearance required

Required Certifications:

  • Candidates will have to be in possession of or be able to get certified in Security+ (or any IAT II certification) within 60 days of on-boarding as this is a requirement of the client

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Okta Workflows Okta or other ICAM related certification Hands on experience with SailPoint IIQ

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
