We are seeking a <strong><em>Senior Civil Engineer </em></strong>to join our <strong>Dublin, OH </strong>office.<br/><br/>
The ideal candidate will be able to provide design expertise, manage projects from concept to delivery, and will have a civil engineering background that includes local and state permitting, and stormwater design along with experience leading projects that involve earthwork.<br/><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul>
<li>Effectively manage diverse projects, including occasionally large, more complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams ensuring on time, on budget, and with a focus on high-quality delivery while meeting project metrics</li>
<li>Maintain and grow client relationships – become their trusted partner</li>
<li>Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors</li>
<li>Lead or assist in the development of strategy, the scope of work, evaluation of risk, and budget for projects</li>
<li>Supervise and provide work assignments to internal project teams and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interact with regulatory agencies knowing what information to provide, when, and with appropriate internal or client review</li>
<li>Manage and perform technical engineering work associated with land or site development including site planning and layout, design of stormwater management, conveyance, erosion, and sediment control practices, and site grading</li>
<li>Prepare construction plans for agency/municipal review along with completion and submission of various land development permit applications</li>
</ul><br/><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution</li>
<li>12+ years of experience in land development civil-site engineering</li>
<li>Advanced education may be considered to meet years of experience requirements</li>
<li>Ohio P.E. preferred</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships</li>
<li>Knowledge of environmental regulations</li>
<li>Project Management experience</li>
<li>Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with AutoCAD SSA or other stormwater modeling software is a plus</li>
