Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our service department as a Service Lot Attendant. The ideal candidate takes pride in productivity, is self-motivated, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet internal and external customers with professionalism, a smile, and a friendly attitude.
• Assist Service Advisors by prepping vehicles and transferring them from the service drive to the designated shop holding area.
• Wash, vacuum, and wipe down customer vehicles, ensuring they leave in pristine condition.
• Provide customer transportation to and from their homes as needed and requested by the Service Manager.
• Maintain the organization and logistics of vehicles in the lot.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
