AT&T is looking for a Lead Executive Comp Consultant to be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top executive talent. This role ensures that executive compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do:
Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans.
Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and/or present detailed reports to leadership, provide guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs.
Integrating performance metrics with compensation plans to align executive incentives with organizational goals and assist in evaluating executive performance to determine appropriate compensation adjustments.
Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training.
What you’ll bring:
Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Certification (CECP, CCP) preferred
5+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive or senior-level compensation programs
Our Lead Exec Comp Consultant earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
