Job Description

• Ensure safe keeping of materials, maintain quality and quantity.
• Maintain and provide proper records.
• Check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and arrange for the storage in its appropriate place.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of low stock of all items
• Reserve a particular material for a specific job required
• Issue materials only in required quantities according to the authorized requisition list
• Use internal systems according with Company’s processes
• Prepare and provide required reports/feedback and other information requested by management.
• Deliver goods from warehouse to dedicated recipient in accordance with Jira tickets
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
• High school education or equivalent
• Great communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
• The ability to accurately fulfil the management’s instructions and work tasks
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry different weights and different shapes of materials in
• Ability to work independently and in a team
