Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR Operations team! In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key part in delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job intake to offer stage – for a variety of roles

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, ensuring quality and speed in every step

• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems (ATS, Excel, etc.)

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, support with feedback collection and follow-up

• Support reporting needs and help create presentations using existing templates

• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and legal requirements, and apply changes when needed

• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and support initiatives that enhance the candidate experience

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR support role

• Fluency in English is required; German knowledge is a strong advantage

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional communication

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a team-oriented mindset

• A positive attitude and a drive to continuously improve
