Community Outreach Associate – Marketing & Communications

Join our Marketing & Communications division as a Community Outreach Associate and become an essential link between corporate clients, community partners, and consumers. This role offers the opportunity to develop public relations campaigns tailored to our client's target markets while fostering relationships and promoting community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage face-to-face with consumers in targeted markets to ensure effective communication and promotion of client campaigns.
• Coordinate product distribution for qualified consumers and serve as the primary consumer contact during on-site public relations campaigns.
• Manage order processing, item distribution, and maintain regular communication with participants.
• Conduct promotional and public relations outreach to expand the client's program reach within the community.
• Collaborate with the director of public relations to devise and execute public relations strategies for product and program promotion.
• Oversee the collection and maintenance of participant data to meet reporting requirements.
• Assist in market research and community outreach efforts in potential site communities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event marketing, field marketing, public relations campaigns, telecommunications, product demonstrations, sales, event planning, or brand promotions is advantageous.
• Volunteer experience or involvement with charities and community initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with diverse groups of people.
