Job Description

Overview: 

We’re searching for a Senior Financial Analyst who can monitor, maintain and complete client billing, report account maintenance processes, as well as track budgets, cash flow projections and execution of billing and receivables. You’ll be involved with process improvement projects and ad hoc reporting for business needs.  

Role Objectives: 

• Work with Ops and account lead to maintain Account Receivables is current and accurate 
• Ensure Account Receivables accuracy by preparing offset requests 
• Generate labor reports to Ops and account leads for client reconciliation requests 
• Provide client fee reconciliations for TDA and Travelers 
• Prepare quarterly direct client costs budget 
• Compare actual monthly direct client costs results to budget for each account including analyses and commentary of variances 
• Prepare personnel and benefits allocation for client profitability report schedule  
• Report intercompany direct client costs expenses and ensure no mismatch (Journal entry experience is a plus)
• Send out monthly direct client costs analyses to Ops and account directors to ensure accuracy and budget alignment purposes 
• Provide client bi-monthly labor and expenses accrual to SRF for client pre-bill  
• Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties as assigned
• Review T&E for Client related expenses

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional Finance or Accounting experience 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with financial software, SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills 
• Can adapt to a fast-paced and exciting agency/client relationship 
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and perform in a very fast paced environment

Compensation Range: $46,500-$65,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
