Job Description

You will be responsible for unloading and loading material deliveries, staging material based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. This is a first shift position Monday-Thursday  5am- 3:30pm.

Your role:

  • Receiving, unpacking, checking and stocking materials, while recording items taken from inventory and documenting when completed.

  • Completing orders as part of a team or individually: picking orders and wrapping or packing orders in shipping containers, addressing and labeling packages, computing freight rates, while recording the weight and cost of each shipment.

  • Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels (i.e. such as inventory codes), so that inventories can be located quickly and easily.

  • Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, while printing, picking, packing, data entering and manifesting, ensuring accurate order and invoicing for customer assuring accurate, efficient, cost-effective completion of customer orders with a sense of urgency, while following safety guidelines.

  • The ability to work mandatory overtime is an essential function of this role (can include Saturdays and 10 hour shifts)

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience working within manufacturing or warehousing

  • Your skills include basic computer skills required – Microsoft Office & SAP; experience safely and diligently operating a forklift and stock picker; have the ability to read/speak/understand the English language is required in order to interpret the work instructions and procedures necessary to perform work tasks and comprehend the documents that comprise our Quality System in order to comply with FDA regulations.

  • You have a high school diploma or GED

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

  • You possess a positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, maintain a high sense of urgency, attention to detail and are safety conscious

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $17.20 to $25.96

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
