The Revenue Management organization increases revenue and guides our pricing strategy for the Premier Agent business.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about tackling large, ambiguous projects. You love data but are also customer-focused and can tie your analysis back to the goals of the business. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to inform strategy for Premier Agent’s Flex program.

You Will Get To:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategies, evaluate opportunities, and provide clear and concise recommendations based on comprehensive analysis
  • Define and own new and existing metrics, analyses, and business success criteria to understand current state and future opportunities
  • Build high-quality dashboards to provide compelling, clear, and powerful visualizations of our data in support of key business decisions
  • Understand the business goals and provide thought leadership in crafting, maintaining, and documenting metrics to monitor, track, and improve business performance
  • Serve as a leader within the team, helping to guide and mentor other analysts

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $117,400.00 - $187,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 7+ years in a business analytics, operations, management consulting, FP&A, or similar role, enabling rapid, high-quality decision-making in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • An undergraduate or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. science, engineering, economics, finance, operations research, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent experience
  • Analytical problem solver with a track record of building sophisticated business models with scenario analysis and translating models into compelling presentations
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience using PowerPoint/Google Slides to build presentations to leadership
  • Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
  • Effective storyteller with the ability to deliver insights succinctly and thoughtfully to all audiences and influence leaders toward better outcomes
  • Problem solver with a high degree of ownership over your work. When the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it
