As part of our team you will contribute to Truveta Studio, our customer-facing product for exploring real-world health data. As a full-stack engineer with a passion for front-end development, you’ll help deliver polished, high-impact experiences that empower researchers and clinicians. 

Responsibilities 

  • Building responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript 
  • Designing and integrating scalable GraphQL and REST APIs to power rich client experiences 
  • Crafting intuitive AI experiences to accelerate user discovery of data insights 
  • Collaborating closely with other full-stack engineers, data scientists, and product designers to deliver seamless, integrated experiences. 
  • Enhancing observability and monitoring to ensure system health, performance, and rapid issue resolution 
  • Staying curious and current, always learning new technologies and best practices to sharpen skills 
  • Putting users first, ensuring customer needs are at the heart of development decisions 
  • Committing to ongoing training in areas like privacy, ethics, and security to uphold user trust and product integrity 

Key Qualifications:  

  • BS/MS degree in CS or related technical discipline or equivalent years of experience 
  • 1+ years building and integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs. Backend experience with .NET is a plus. 
  • 1+ years instrumenting frontend telemetry (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar) for real-user monitoring (RUM): latency, errors, and user interactions 
  • 1+ years working in cross-functional teams with product and design. Experience working on user studies, A/B tests, explainability, or UX research is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders
