Our interns will work on projects spanning multiple functions of our Finance organization. This is an opportunity for you to gain exposure to various Finance and Accounting career paths and while making contributions to the business and Finance team within a growing and evolving company. You will work with driven individuals within Corporate & External Reporting, Financial Performance & Analysis, Cost Accounting, and Internal Audit.
Our internship experience will offer:
Exposure to external reporting processes, SEC filings, and investor considerations
Participation in the corporate financial planning and reporting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analyses
Involvement in the annual 5-year strategic planning process
Attendance to various Operating & Business Reviews
Engagement with other interns, including cross-functionally
Exposure to senior leaders within Finance and the business
Education on the broader LivaNova organization, business, and medical device industry

Qualifications of a strong candidate:
Actively pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field entering final year in Fall 2023
Self-starter with capability to execute deliverables after initial direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous project experience (industry experience, past internships, research, project teams, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
GPA of 3.25 or higher
Time Frame: 12-16 weeks, flexible between the months of May and September
Location: Houston, TX with selective hybrid in-office and remote work based on project needs
