Pre Assembly Team Leader 1st Shift

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

Webasto Level Description   Responsible for the work results of a related team of workers by functionally coordinating and performing several standardized and described work sequences mainly in the production line, logistics or quality area.                         (Sub-) Family Description   Jobs in this sub-family are responsible for production activities in a manufacturing environment to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards. Activities include:
• Planning, managing and reviewing production operations to achieve output and quality objectives in line with set standards
• Undertaking production activities to transform tangible inputs (e.g. raw materials or semi-finished goods) into finished products
• Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure the effective use of labor, tools, plant and equipment
• Operating and monitoring machines and production equipment and performing skilled trades and apprentice craft work                                                     Key Responsibility <
