The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 per annum. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
As a Senior Program Manager, M&A Integrations, you will provide leadership, coordination, and planning of mid-sized to large projects across one or more functional areas to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration activities. Working closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO) and M&A Program Management Office (PMO), as well as the functional executive leadership team (ELT), this role must have an acute understanding of project and change management principles. You will manage issue resolution by assessing, proposing mitigation options, and escalating to stakeholders for decisions. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with professionalism and support but also the ability to hold teams accountable and drive timely execution of activities to achieve program success.
This role is critical for Norstella to ensure integration activities are executed at a strong pace in support of business and synergy targets, while working across brands and workstreams to balance dependencies, resources, and budget, to enable the business to realize a return on M&A investment while also insulating functional resources focused on operational business needs.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate internally, partnering with the IMO and functional experts to review and confirm tasks and timelines, dependencies, owners, resource requirements, and risks for key milestones and deliverables within a project
- Facilitate and document the defining of key business requirements, stakeholders, scope, and goals for standard business initiatives and synergy programs, and drive teams to execute. This may include documentation of technology/system configuration and implementation requirements and/or process flows to communicate with stakeholders and/or vendors to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Support identification, collection, and management of functional integration budgets. When needed you may engage directly with vendors or consultants to request and evaluate proposals for services for integration activities.
- Organize and lead planning workshops with functional teams and SMEs to document progress, conduct readiness assessment(s), and/or assess risks and potential mitigation recommendations;
- Create and support execution of integration / workstream project plans for key integration initiatives in the program;
- Monitor and drive execution of tasks through regular meeting cadence, project plan updates, and report outs. This may include scheduling and facilitating progress meetings, creating agendas and communicating resulting actions, identifying risks, alternatives, and constraints and regularly updating stakeholders on overall progress.
