We deliver solutions for Essity’s strategic digital Customer and Consumer platforms across all business units. Our Digital Marketing function provides delivery and support for major digital products & solutions such as Tork online, Tena Consumer Web, Baby, Femcare, and more. We ensure continuous improvements on our strategic technical platforms in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS, DAM, PIM, and provide expertise on MarTech services.

Your Role

In this role you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders as well as with multiple IT roles, such as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Business Process Liaisons, solution owners from areas like SAP, PIM, DAM, Cloud Services etc. and with external technology & service vendor partners.

The position can be based in Aschheim/Munich (Germany) or any other European Location in Essity.

What You Will Do

• Lead Requirement Analysis: Conduct workshops and meetings to capture business requirements, perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates.

• Support IT Architects: Assist in assessing current capabilities and identifying high-level business requirements. Participate in breaking down these demands into high-level IT solution requirements.

• Identify areas of improvement: Proactively spot strengths and weaknesses, and suggest areas of improvements and solutions according to customer and user requirements, strategies, and goals. Continuously review and refine requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.

• Develop business cases: Support the prioritization process by considering the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment.

• Define metrics and goals: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution.

• Manage requirement transition: Ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification by transitioning requirements and use cases to designers.

• Conduct Training: Organize training sessions and conduct end-user training.

• Coach and Mentor: Guide and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision. Analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

• Implement effective solutions: Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

Who You Are

• You have over 5 years of experience with Digital Project Manager/Delivery Lead with global digital platform experience.

• You hold a university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.

• You have experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information.

• You’re comfortable working in an international environment across multiple business needs.

• You have experience in agile delivery methodologies and managing work, code, tests, and builds in an agile framework using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

• You can handle multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings.

• You can build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.

• You’re capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff.

• You’re fluent in English, both written and oral.

• You’re willing to travel 10-15% on average.
