Compensation:

Hourly Range $39.62 - $61.41

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Job Overview:
The Director of Medical Surgical Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical-surgical unit in a Critical Access Hospital. This role includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
-Active Registered Nursing license in the state of Illinois

-Minimum of three years of inpatient clinical experience

-Preferred two years of management experience

-Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required

-ACLS and PALS required within 30 days of hire
