What You'll Do:

You'll be the problem-solver, the friendly face, and the go-to person who keeps our hotel running smoothly through the midnight hours. Think of yourself as part concierge, part financial wizard, and part hospitality hero.

Your night-time adventures will include:
• Creating magical moments for guests, from helping with late-night requests to ensuring their stay exceeds expectations
• Mastering our hotel systems to handle check-ins and check-outs with style
• Balancing daily transactions with precision (your inner accountant will love this part!)
• Crafting detailed reports that keep our operation running like clockwork
• Being the champion of guest satisfaction when the unexpected happens

What You Bring to the Table:
• A high school diploma and a year of customer service experience (hotel experience is a bonus!)
• The ability to turn conversations with guests into connections
• Computer skills that would make any tech enthusiast proud
• Knowledge of local hotspots and hidden gems to share with our guests
• Spanish language skills? Even better! (but not required)
